Aspen Suites hotel is seeking a General Manager to lead our limited-service hotel. This is a key leadership role suited for a motivated hospitality professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact. This position reports to the Area Juneau manager. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.

• Drive strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.

• Ensure top-tier cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service throughout the property.

• Build and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.

• Monitor expenses and labor costs to meet and exceed budgetary goals.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure cohesive operations and quick resolution of guest-impacting issues.

• Uphold brand standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.

• Leverage guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve performance and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven management experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a limited- or select-service environment.

• Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen and a passion for hospitality.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

• Demonstrated success in achieving operational and financial performance goals.

• Proficiency with hotel systems/software and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions.

• Housing is offered for the first 90 days. Standard hotel room with kitchenette.
