About the Role
As Chef de Cuisine, you'll oversee kitchen operations, lead and inspire a talented culinary team, maintain high culinary standards, and create exceptional dining experiences for guests visiting one of America's most celebrated destinations.
What You'll Do
Lead daily kitchen operations and staff
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all menu offerings
Support food cost, inventory, and operational goals
Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world
