Gorge-ous adventures in West Virginia!

Adventures on the Gorge is the premier outdoor adventure destination nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. Located in the beautiful New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, we provide visitors with a wide variety of thrilling experiences, including white-water rafting, zip-lining, rock climbing, mountain biking, and hiking. Our goal is to provide our guests with unforgettable adventures while showcasing the stunning beauty of West Virginia.

Whether you’re guiding trips on the river, working in our lodge, or managing our guest services, you’ll be surrounded by an energetic group of like-minded individuals, all with a passion for the outdoors.

Team members reside in our Breezy Hill House, Pine Cabins, trailers, or the staff RV park. We can provide shared, fully furnished dorm-style housing for our staff. Housing is located just a mile away from your work location, making commuting a breeze! We offer a bathhouse that includes showers, restrooms, laundry, and kitchen areas. Staff housing costs range from $40- 80 per bi-weekly pay period depending on the type of accommodations/ housing units available. Most housing units are shared living arrangements.

Electricity is available for RV sites. RV spots cost $55per bi-weekly pay period. No housing options include meals, but employees do receive a discount on food across the resort.

Working at Adventures on the Gorge is a special experience, and we want to make sure that our employees are able to make the most of living, working, and learning here for the season. As part of the Aramark team, you’ll have access to:

Staff members may drive to Adventures on the Gorge or access the property through a combination of services. A vehicle is not a necessity at Adventures on the Gorge, but it is a convenience. There is a no-cost shuttle service from the housing area to worksites.
