If you're ready to lead, protect, and create meaningful guest experiences in a dynamic setting, we invite you to apply.

The Maine Woods Initiative (MWI) is AMC’s approach to land conservation in the 100 Mile Wilderness. This model combines outdoor recreation, resource protection, sustainable forestry, and community partnerships. AMC has conserved over 114,000 acres of forestland, developed more than 120 miles of trails, and operates three lodges that support both guest experiences and conservation outcomes.

The Gorman Lodge Manager is responsible for delivering full service guest experiences year round, including winter, summer, and fall operations, as well as managing shoulder season transitions from November to December and March to April.
