Head Chef at Beautiful high end riverside restaurant at resort in Mountains of Southern Colorado

Head Chef needed for high-end table service riverside restaurant at Rocky Mountain Resort with a well-established, excellent reputation.  Must be experienced with a culinary degree and capable of handling 100 dinner covers personally with an assistant. Duties include ordering for dinner and breakfast and supplies, meal preparation and management of assistant chef, cold station person, and back of the house, and overall food handling. 

Salary is $1,500 per week plus housing with linens and needed utensils, all utilities and wifi included, plus shift meals and a bonus for performance and completion of the season.  

Located in beautiful surroundings and with great staff. The small mountain tourist town of Creede is nearby with all amenities and needed services.  Hiking, fishing, and camping abound on the property and nearby.  Make this your regular summer season position!
