Annie’s Place Bed & Breakfast seeks a friendly, dedicated live-in innkeeper for 2026 Season

Annie’s Place Bed and Breakfast is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual or couple to join our team for the 2026 season (approximately April–October). We are flexible with the April start date. Located in Boulder, Utah, just off Scenic Byway 12 and nestled between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks, our property sits in the heart of the Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument. Boulder is a true outdoor paradise, offering incredible hiking, fishing, and exploring.

As live-in hosts, you will help manage the daily operations of the bed and breakfast in a fully hands-on role. Responsibilities include guest check-ins, answering phones, managing online bookings, preparing and serving breakfast, cleaning guest rooms, housekeeping, and maintaining common areas. You will also assist with light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and serve as the primary on-site contact for guest needs and occasional emergencies. During periods of high occupancy or quick turnovers, additional support staff may be brought in to help ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidates

• Friendly, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with guests

• Organized and attentive to detail

• Able to handle a variety of tasks in a small hospitality setting

• Enjoy living in a quiet, remote community and spending time outdoors

• Previous hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required

Compensation includes a private on-site apartment plus a salary based on guest occupancy.

Because the property is located in a remote area, applicants must have reliable transportation and their own vehicle. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets in the live-in arrangement.
