Aloha Camp is a summer residential program for girls and nonbinary youth ages 12–16 located in Fairlee, Vermont. Our mission is to inspire people of all ages to learn, explore, grow, and become their best selves. Aloha is a technology-free campus, creating space for campers and staff to build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and cultivate a love and appreciation for the outdoors.

Our staff members typically live onsite and are given room, board and meals along with a salary. Our camp is rustic with the majority of counselors living in platform tents of simple cabins.

All positions will run from June 18 - August 13th, 2026. For advanced certifications, like Designated Trip Leader Training, we will ask staff to arrive June 9th to participate in Certification Week.

The most successful staff bring a positive attitude, a commitment to the campers, creativity, interest in living in community, and their own passions and authenticity to the role.

We offer a break from technology, connection to nature and an incredible, welcoming community to call home.
