As a Booth Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in daily dock operations, inventory management, and transportation coordination. Professional verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are required. Be prepared to work outdoors in inclement weather.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing tour inventory and monitoring availability
Timely completion of financial processes, invoicing and tour reconciliation paperwork
Greeting prospective guests as they disembark
Giving clear explanation of tour options and local knowledge (duration, highlights, timing, etc)
Accurately handle payments, cancellations, and rebookings
Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting booth presence
Understanding and compliance with company safety & operational policies
