Our 2023 season runs May through October. We are looking for driver/guides, dispatchers, dock reps, and management staff. We offer great wages, relocation assistance, guaranteed housing, premium pay for experienced drivers, safety/contract/referral bonuses.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be one of the lead trainers at one of our training programs in the lower 48 or Alaska. During the months of January-March position will be located at one of our driver training centers. During the months of April-October position will be in Alaska. This position will report to the Regional Manager of Safety and Training to ensure a successful training program.

Through training and leadership, gain understanding of systems and maintenance needs for all vehicles in fleet, in order to facilitate safety of passengers, and high levels of operation for the equipment.
*Work with Shop Foreman to appropriately handle all aspects of assigned projects on motor coaches, vans and other company equipment. Aspects of projects include: competitive procurement of parts, supplies or sub-contractors, performing work, ensuring that all work will be completed in a timely manner, and within the approved budget.
*Assist as needed to fill in for driver/guides on tours or transfers as needed
*Work with management to quickly assess situations and work with operations team to relay information via proper channels in the event of circumstances out of the norm (tour deviations, passenger incidents or injuries, etc…).

JOB SUMMARY:
Alaska Coach Tours is hiring a Skagway Operations Supervisor that will assist our Division Manager in overseeing motorcoach operations in Skagway -- including supervising Driver/Guides and acting as a main point of contact for all motorcoach operational related queries. This is a seasonal, full-time position from mid-April through September 2023. This is an opportunity to grow, with potential to become a year-round position with recruiting, hiring, and training duties during the winter. 2+ years of experience in Alaska tourism and a Class B CDL is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES (include, but are not limited to):
Pay is salaried based upon experience. Season-end bonus and travel reimbursement are included in compensation package. .
