Preparing high-quality pizzas, sandwiches and other menu items according to company recipes and based on custom orders.
Making fresh tomato, pesto and other sauces.
Monitoring the temperature of the pizza oven as well as cooking times.
Monitoring inventory for weekly order placement.
Clean workstations before and after pizza preparation and at the end of each shift.

- Team members are housed in either a motel-style room or shared dorm, based on staffing and availability. Housing is $10/night. In-room cooking is limited, but shared kitchen access avail. Work a shift of 6+ hrs & receive daily Team Member Meal.
