Here at 4-H Camp Cloverleaf we run a 8 week Summer Camping program for the University of Florida. We are seeking Camp staff to work towards providing an amazing and possibly life changing experience for our youth this summer.
4-H Camp Cloverleaf is located in Lake Placid, Florida on the beautiful Lake Francis. All buildings are climate controlled
Training begins on May 20th, 2026, and is paid training. All applicants must be age 18 by this date. No experience is required to be a Cabin Leader! Just a desire to make a difference and have a memorable time doing so. We will provide you will all the training and certifications you may need. These include American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard/First Aid and Shooting Sports! We provide room and board starting with training all the way to the end of summer. Lodging is also provided during the weekend time frame. Campers generally arrive on Monday and are off-site by Friday afternoon, leaving weekends open to rest and re-coup or to explore the beautiful Emerald Coast!
Our leadership team strives to provide a memorable summer of growth and leadership to all our camp staff. We have worked with various schools and universities to also ensure you receive internship credit for your summer work as well. If this is something you are interested in, let us know during your interview!
We also have a recruitment incentive! If you are brought on as a Cabin Leader, anyone you recruit who is hired also qualifies you for an additional $100/person bonus at the end of summer.

4-H Camp Cloverleaf
4-H Camp Cloverleaf is a coed, summer camp for all youth aged 6-16 years. Day and residential summer camp programs are available. Our camp staff are passionate about positive youth development and creating a memorable camp experience for all campers. Each week at summer camp has the traditional camp activities, like campfire, but will also have specific themed activities.
