Join the Yellowstone Springs Resort Team - Work Where Adventure Begins!

We are looking for motivated, friendly, reliable individuals to join our team.  

1. National Sales Manager: Drive group and corporate bookings, build relationships with clients, and promote the resort as a destination for retreats, events, and meetings. Manage the sales pipeline and develop partnerships that increase occupancy and revenue. This position offers base pay plus commission.

2. Assistant General Manager: Oversee daily resort operations, staff, guest experience, and property standards. Help lead the team, solve operational issues, coordinate departments, and ensure the resort runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

3. Front Desk Agents: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Handle reservations, payments, guest requests, and resolve issues professionally.

4. Housekeepers: Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to a high standard, ensuring the resort is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. Restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and help maintain the overall appearance of the property.
