Ideal Candidate

How long can you work?

Our operations begin opening in mid-April and close by late October.

Qualified, flexible applicants available for the entire season, or available to work into the fall, have the most job opportunities and the best chance of being hired.

Room and Board

The amount of room and board deduction is based on the number of hours an employee works during the pay period (not on the number of days at location).

A pay period is two weeks long. The maximum room and board deduction per paycheck is $206.05 (plus applicable sales tax) for employees who work 56 or more hours in that pay period. For employees working 63 hours or less during a pay period, the amount of the deduction is prorated based on actual hours worked. This deduction covers your dorm room and all associated utilities including limited wifi and the cost of using our in-house laundry facilities. It also covers 3 all-you-can-eat hot meals a day in the Employee Dining Room and provides you with a backyard of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.

For employees who have arranged with their hiring department to bring their own RV, the site rental will vary from $135.53 – 139.98 per pay period (two weeks) and will be deducted from their paycheck. Some sites require separate billing for utilities and exact deductions will be specified in your employee agreement. Laundry facilities are available on location.
