About Whites Landing Camp
The property sits on one of the largest areas of flat terrain on the Island, on the Conservancy property, including 1,600 feet of beachfront.
The site can be accessed directly by water (via existing pier and float) or, if necessary, by 4x4 vehicle from either Avalon or Two Harbors areas.
Along with the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the hills of the mountains from White Cove, the campsite at Whites Landing provides outstanding amenities.

Room and Board
We offer different free housing accommodations. You will be housed in a cabin and will share the bathroom and kitchen. You have access to a common kitchen, where you can be independent and cook whatever, whenever you want.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Catalina Island is a very unique place, and its transportation system is quite unique as well. We will explain everything you need to know to get to the camp and are willing to pick you up when you arrive on the Island by the ferry boat.
For Fun
When you’re off the clock, Whites Landing is your playground. Swim, kayak, or boat in the pristine cove, hike scenic trails, or enjoy a game of volleyball or basketball on our grounds.

Current Job Openings
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the property and guest facilities.
Help maintain equipment, boat, carts, and outdoor infrastructure.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with preventive maintenance.
Support site improvements, repairs, and seasonal setup projects.
Assist with construction, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks when needed.
Support outdoor activities and help maintain recreational equipment.
Fishing, boating, or marine experience is a strong plus.
Occasionally support housekeeping, food service, or guest activities depending on operational needs.
Help maintain clean and welcoming shared spaces around camp.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience.
Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable solving practical problems.
Experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical work, or outdoor hospitality.
Mechanical skills are highly valued.
Experience with boats, fishing, or marine environments is a big plus.
Comfortable working outdoors in a remote natural setting.

Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service for all the meals provided at the camp.
Assist with daily food service operations.
Help set up and organize service areas before, during, and after service.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization in kitchen and service areas.

Assist with restocking, cleaning, and keeping the F&B area running smoothly.
Support housekeeping operations when needed by helping clean and prepare accommodations.

Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
