Come Clean Up With Us
We’re looking for Housekeeping team members who take pride in creating spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and feel at home.
At Weekender, housekeeping is a huge part of the guest experience. You’ll help make our hotels feel fresh, welcoming, and ready for the next adventure. No hotel housekeeping experience? That’s okay. This is an entry-level role, and we’ll train you on our standards, systems, and routines.
If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and like knowing that your work makes a real difference, you might be a great fit for our team.
What You'll Do
Clean and reset guest rooms so they’re ready for the next arrival
Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms
Restock towels, toiletries, coffee, and other guest supplies
Keep hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other public areas clean and welcoming
Safely use cleaning products and equipment—we’ll train you on the right way to use them
Spot and report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies
Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude
Follow Weekender’s housekeeping standards and safety procedures
Work independently while also being part of a supportive team
What Makes Someone Great at This Job?
You don’t need a perfect resume. We’re looking for people who are:
Reliable — you show up and follow through
Detail-oriented — you notice the little things that make a room feel great
Hardworking — you’re comfortable being on your feet and staying active
Team-minded — you pitch in and help your teammates
Guest-focused — you understand that a clean room is part of a great stay
Ready to learn — we’ll teach you the Weekender way
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
The Reality of the Job
Housekeeping is active work! You’ll spend much of your shift walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and working with your hands. You may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
You may also work in varying temperatures and encounter wet floors or other typical hotel housekeeping hazards. We provide training and follow established safety procedures to help keep everyone safe.
Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Why Weekender?
We’re building a different kind of hospitality company—one centered around great places, great experiences, and great people.
Our hotels are in some of the Northeast’s best adventure destinations, and our team helps bring those places to life for every guest who walks through the door.
Whether you’re looking for a seasonal opportunity, a way to get your foot in the door of hospitality, or a place to grow your career, there’s room to make your mark here.
Ready to join the adventure?
Apply today and come be part of the Weekender team.
