True Ranch Services is looking to fill an administration and housekeeping role at the historic Kay El Bar Guest Ranch in Wickenburg, Arizona beginning this fall season with an October start date. This position could have the opportunity to work at any True Ranch Collection property, which currently includes ranches in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming.

In addition to administrative duties to support the Ranch Manager, this role will help with cleaning guest cabins/rooms and common areas; and assist in the kitchen and with serving meals. We are a small staff looking for someone who will be a team player and able to step in where needed.

 Administrative duties include but are not limited to:

-Checking in and checking out new guests

-Guest communications and assistance

-Assisting the Ranch Manager with guest and staff scheduling

-Assisting the Ranch Manager with daily tasks

-Helping lead or oversee ranch activities when appropriate or necessary

Housekeeping duties Include but are not limited to:

-Cleaning and servicing guest rooms

-Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning

-Cleaning of common areas

-Laundry and maintenance of laundry room

-Preparation of dining areas for meals

-Meal Service and clearing tables after meals

-Assist with meal prep as needed

-Wash dishes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Well-organized and personable.

-Computer skills including Excel.

-Experience in hospitality a plus.

-Ranch, or specifically guest ranch, experience a plus.

-Horse experience a plus, but not required.

 Housing available. Meals included. $18 per hour plus tips.
