We’re looking for qualified individuals to join our team immediately for the 2026 summer season at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana and Blackwater Creek Ranch in Cody, WY. We are currently hiring for Housekeepers/Kitchen Help. Immediate start date.

Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming. The summer season concludes in October, with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.

HOUSEKEEPERS/KITCHEN HELP

Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms

• Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning

• Cleaning of common areas

• Laundry and maintenance of the laundry room

• Preparation of dining areas for meals

• Meal Service and clearing tables after meals

• Assist with meal prep as needed

• Wash dishes

Room and board are included in the compensation package. $15 per hour plus tips. Immediate start date. 

Each employee is hired for a specific position, and generally their work falls within that job description; however, we are looking for candidates that are willing to help wherever needed.
