Visiting the quaint resort town of Big Sky, Montana, it is hard to miss The Wilson Hotel, a structure that now serves as the epicenter of the "Town Center" with its 129 guest rooms and commanding views of Lone Peak. The property has become a fundamental part of the local physical and social ecosystem. Known colloquially as “The Wilson,” the hotel is, in actuality, a Residence Inn by the globally renowned hotel chain, Marriott International.

Room and Board
The Wilson Hotel is excited to be able to offer an Employee Housing Program to better serve the needs of our team members. Our Employee Housing Program is on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to current availability.
Residence Layout
The residences in our Employee Housing Program primarily consist of newly-constructed 4 or 5-bedroom condos, with spacious common living areas, 1 or 2 car garages, full kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances, and on-site laundry machines. All units are within walking distance to the hotel.
Pricing Structure
- Double-Occupancy Bedroom (shared or unshared bathroom): $550/month per associate
- Single-Occupancy Bedroom (shared or unshared bathroom): $800/month per associate
- Single-Occupancy Bedroom (master suite with private bathroom): $900/month per associate
- Utilities: $100/month per associate (flat rate)
- Security Deposit: $350 (refundable upon move-out per Housing Policy Agreement stipulations)
All Employee Housing Program expenses are accounted for through employee payroll deductions.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Part of the charm of Montana lies in its remoteness and untouched natural beauty. Of course, those conditions can also present challenges in getting around easily. With the lack of public transportation available within the area (compared to larger, more metropolitan settings), a reliable and four-wheel-drive vehicle is certainly recommended.
However, there are options for those without a personal means of transportation. The Skyline bus route makes frequent trips to and from the larger city of Bozeman and makes several stops within the town of Big Sky itself. There are also numerous private shuttle companies which offer transportation to and from the airport, and even a local taxi company, which offers rides throughout the area.
For initial transportation to the hotel, simply convey any questions or concerns you might have to our management team, and we would be happy to present all available options.

The Wilson Hotel is fortunate to be situated in one of the most amazing launchpads for adventure and outdoor recreation. In the town of Big Sky, Montana, there is no shortage of activities to experience -- whether for the first time or the thousandth. Locals and visitors alike are drawn to the area's wealth of both seasonal and year-round outdoor pursuits: hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, camping, rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, zip-lining, hunting, golfing, fly-fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, fat biking, sledding, cross-country skiing -- you name it, and chances are this little mountain town has it.
