Come join us at The Mountain Shop At Lutsen Mountains. We are looking for a highly motivated full/part time sales associate. Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service as you assist in day-to-day store operations.

• Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable shopping experience.

• Become familiar with a variety of products. Demonstrate knowledge of the area and its many attractions.

• Check out customers in a timely, efficient manner while paying close attention to accuracy when handling cash and credit cards.

• Keep the store neat, tidy and well stocked.

Position Preferences-

• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays

• Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. An accounting background is plus but not required.

• Knowledge of skiing and ski equipment is a bonus but not required..

• The ability to study and learn new and existing products. Be well informed and able to answer questions about a variety of merchandise.

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
