Teton Floats is hiring for a professional Interpretive Tour Guide to lead groups in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. We are hiring for the 2026/2027 season. The position is based in Jackson, WY, the gateway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone! We are looking for a full time guide to round out the team. You would be leading four hour tours of Grand Teton and ten hour tours of Yellowstone National Park. Guides typically make $400 per day plus tips, a great opportunity for the outdoor professional. We prefer that applicants have some experience in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, with experience leading diverse groups of visitors in a group setting. We do not offer housing at this time, many of our team members live the van life or get lucky and find a spot in town.
