This year-round role offers a rare lifestyle: living in a spacious, furnished apartment with your own private indoor geothermal soaking tub. Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is a self-reliant person seeking long-term employment. This position is perfectly tailored for:
Maintenance Lead independently working 30 hr/week.
The individual needs to be professional, self-motivated and organized. If you are looking to settle into a quiet community year round we would love to hear from you.

The Housing (The Best Perk!):
Private Residence: Apartment #19 a furnished 1,300 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment.
Included Amenities: In-unit dishwasher, washer/dryer, Starlink internet, and all utilities (water, electric, septic).
Your Own Tub: Apartment #19 includes a private indoor geothermal soaking tub for your exclusive use.
Lifestyle Requirement: Because the unit is surrounded by guest rooms, the occupants must maintain a strictly quiet, professional lifestyle to ensure guest tranquility.

Current Job Openings
Housing Included: A private 1-bedroom, 1-bath furnished residence (1300 sq/ft) located next to guest rooms.
Amenities: in-unit dishwasher, washer/dryer and a private indoor geothermal soaking tub. Utilites included.
Lifestyle Requirement: Because the unit is surrounded by guest rooms (adjacent and above), the occupant must maintain a strictly quiet, professional lifestyle to ensure a tranquil environment for our guests.
Occupancy: Maintenance Lead
General Maintenance: Perform 30 hours of weekly upkeep, including plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Geothermal Hot Wells and Artesian Cold Well Systems: Monitor and maintain artesian cold well holding tanks along with geothermal hot well sources for radiant heating and private soaking tubs.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior grounds to resort standards.
Emergency Response: Serve as the on-site point of contact for urgent repairs (leaks, power issues, etc.) outside of standard hours.
4+ years previous plumbing experience is required
2+ years previous electrical experience is required
2+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or trades.
Ability to work independently and manage a weekly task list without direct supervision.
Professional demeanor and a high level of respect for guest privacy and silence.
Comfortable living and working in a remote, high-desert environment.
