Establish detailed cleaning and inspection programs for high-traffic areas, ensuring frequent monitoring and timely response to cleanliness concerns.
Oversee deep cleaning, seasonal preparation, preventative cleaning programs, and special-event cleaning requirements across both clubhouses.
Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor forecasts, inventory controls, supply purchasing, and cost management initiatives.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of Clubhouse Housekeeping associates.
Establish clear service expectations emphasizing professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and appropriate interactions with members and guests.
Partner with Facilities and Maintenance teams to identify building deficiencies, report maintenance concerns, and coordinate corrective action.
Oversee the proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, and housekeeping inventory.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace health standards.
Participate in Club Operations leadership meetings and contribute to operational planning, service improvements, and initiatives that enhance the overall member experience.
