San Juan Island Brewing Company is hiring full-time seasonal Line Cooks to join our team in beautiful Friday Harbor, Washington.

We’re a busy, high-volume brewery and restaurant serving award-winning beer and great pub food in the San Juan Islands. We’re looking for dependable, positive team players who can work efficiently together in a fast-paced kitchen.

These are primarily seasonal positions for the late summer and fall, with year-round opportunities available for the right candidates. Positions are available immediately.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant or line-cook experience — more experience is strongly preferred

• Organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen

• Able to multitask and communicate well with the team

• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$26/hour, depending on experience

• Weekly tips based on restaurant sales

Employee Housing Available
Employee housing is available for approximately $850/month and is within walking distance of the brewery.

Housing includes a private bedroom and private bathroom in a large B&B-style home, with shared kitchen, living, dining, and outdoor spaces.
