Red Gate Farm is seeking hard-working, kind, and enthusiastic individuals to help lead overnight school programs, summer programs, and assist in running the farm. Farm Educators build meaningful relationships with youth, learn to take care of a variety of farm animals and vegetable gardens, and gain valuable leadership skills in the process. Red Gate Farm’s school and summer programs are purposefully small, with typically a 1:6 educator to student ratio. The Farm Educator helps to develop programs, and assists with farm maintenance and operation as needed. This position is designed with many opportunities to learn and grow as an educator in a unique outdoor setting.

- Both full time and seasonal staff are offered housing. Arrangements vary between positions, but include a farmhouse apartment or rooms in our newly built bunk housing. All meals are included and there is an open pantry for staff to grab food as needed.
