Pike's Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska is launching Pike's Wellness Journey

This is not a typical hotel job. You will oversee a wellness experience that takes guests through a Borealis Salt Cave, Denali Crystal Lounge, Arctic Glow Hydromassage, Red Light Therapy and PEMF, the Aurora Discovery Sound Lounge, and an outdoor circuit that includes reindeer, the Aurora Kissing Bridge, and Pike's Landing Restaurant on the banks of the Chena River. We also offer round-trip trips to Chena Hot Springs, Date Night programming, and Gold Nugget Single Experience Cards.

You will manage a team of Wellness Rangers, keep the operation running smoothly across three daily session windows, and ensure every guest leaves with a story to tell.

What you will be doing:

•          Managing the daily open and close of the Wellness Journey

•          Overseeing guest flow and check-in across all modalities

•          Leading, scheduling, and supporting a team of Wellness Rangers

•          Maintaining records, supply inventory, and session performance reports

•          Coordinating with lodge leadership and front desk on guest experience

•          Supporting special programming including Date Nights and Chena Hot Springs shuttle runs

What we are looking for:

•          2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, tourism, wellness, retail, or a related field

•          Strong organizational skills — you run a tight ship and nothing falls through the cracks

•          A calm, professional presence with guests and staff alike

•          Comfortable with a variable schedule including evenings and weekends

•          A genuine interest in wellness, guest experience, and Alaska

•          $50,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience plus bonuses for performance
