Position Overview The Site & Operations Manager will work in close partnership with a Director of Camp Experience/Camp Director as co-leaders of Paradise Point and is responsible for the camp’s entire physical plant, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and vehicle fleet. Both roles report to the Bishop and Canon to the Ordinary and work collaboratively with the Paradise Point Advisory Committee. You will ensure all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards while planning for the long-term sustainability and infrastructure needs of the property.
