With a beautiful setting overlooking Tumon Bay, Pacific Islands Club Guam is an all-inclusive paradise. No other resort in the Pacific Islands offers so many extras, from access to our expansive waterpark, to kayaking excursions, miniature golf, sailing, windsurfing, and snorkeling in the bay.

About Pacific Islands Club Guam
As a Pacific Islands Club Clubmate, you are more than a lifeguard or a pool attendant, you're an Ambassador of Fun! You’ll be part of an enthusiastic team and get the chance to make memories with guests from around the world.
As a Clubmate you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise and enjoy the privileges of teaching a number of daily activities including but not limited to, tennis, snorkeling, archery, windsurfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. Not an expert? We'll train you to take part in all the activities in the resort and you'll develop life skills that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
Our Clubmate package includes airfare for relocating to Guam, dorm-style housing, and three meals a day during your employment.

The Employee Experience
A day in the life of a Pacific Islands Club Guam Clubmate is unique. With an unlimited amount of activities offered at our resort, your days will be filled with fun and adventure.
One day you will be watching pools, conducting snorkel lessons, playing water basketball with the guests, or teaching a beginner tennis lesson. The next day you can be interacting with kids in our Kid's Club program, teaching a windsurfing lesson, or leading a beach excursion in the beautiful Tumon Bay.
As a Clubmate your days will be filled with managing the guest experience and prioritizing the safety of all of our guests. With beautiful tropical weather all year long, the resort is open seven days a week, 365 days a year. You will be scheduled to work shifts that can range from all day to half day sessions. During your free time, you can partake in the pools and activities available to guests.
The Pacific Islands Club Guam offers six-month employment contracts with the possibility of extension bonuses upon completion of your first contract. Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate embodies the following qualities:
- Eager to learn and experience new things
- Energetic / Playful / Upbeat personality
- Must be able to swim
- Willing to sing and dance
- We are not looking for pop stars, instead we are looking for candidates that are not afraid of being silly and having fun while on the job.
- Team Player
- Sports background is a plus.
- The ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.

Room and Board
Room and Board is included as part of your employment as a Pacific Islands Club Guam Clubmate.
We offer dorm-style rooms with a shared bath per room with a fellow Clubmate.
Three meals are offered daily to all Clubmates. Meals can be consumed in the employee cafeteria or at the resort's buffet restaurant. Please note that all meals consumed within the resort's restaurant will be subject to business levels and are limited to designated mealtimes for employees.
Laundry facilities are available for Clubmates on the property free of charge.

The Pacific Islands Club Guam pays for your flight accommodation to the beautiful island of Guam. Complete your contract in good standing and we will pay for your flight back to your original destination as a "Thank You" for your hard work and dedication to our resort.
Transportation around Guam:
The Pacific Islands Club Guam offers bikes available for you to traverse around the island. Nestled in the beautiful Tumon Bay, many major shopping attractions, restaurants, and bus stations are within walking distance from the resort.
For Fun
Guam is an ideal location to work and play. Whether you are into hiking, mountain biking, surfing, or chilling on a beach every day, Guam provides opportunities for you to do what you want to do.
You can get your dive certification or island hop to neighboring islands. Enjoy music and cultural festivals that pop up all year around. As a U.S. territory in the Pacific, Guam offers a balance of Asian cultural experiences while maintaining access to U.S. staples you are familiar with.

How to Apply
After submitting an application via our online portal, a link will be sent to schedule a video interview. You will be interviewed by the SEA (Sports, Entertainment, and Activities) Management Team.
If deemed a great candidate, a second interview with the Pacific Islands Club Guam Human Resources department will be scheduled.
Once approved you will receive your contract details, and we will begin the flight accommodation process for you. At this point, you are officially a part of the team!
