What you will do

• Assist with the daily operations of the Children's Department and winter activity programming

• Lead and support engaging children's activities, games, crafts, and special events for resort guests

• Facilitate age-appropriate indoor and outdoor winter recreation experiences

• Ensure all children's activity areas are clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked

• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Children's Department

• Maintain supplies, equipment, and activity materials

• Provide exceptional guest service to children and their families while creating memorable experiences

• Assist with holiday programming, themed events, and special seasonal activities

• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow associates regarding activity schedules and guest needs

• Support the promotion and execution of children's programming throughout the resort

• Deliver on guests' expectations and create memorable "WOW" moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages

• Team-oriented mindset

• Previous experience working with children, recreation programs, camps, childcare, education, or hospitality is preferred

• Passion for winter recreation and guest engagement is a plus
