Migis Lodge is a secluded destination resort and a unique Maine vacation experience. We are Maine's Premiere Full American Plan resort and our guests at Migis Lodge enjoy all activities and 3 meals each day - inside our Main Dining Room, lakeside at Cookout Point, or on our private island!
Located in South Casco, Maine, on the northern edge of Sebago Lake, our lodge offers 35 guest cottages ranging in size from studios to six bedrooms, along with 8 guestrooms inside the Main Lodge.

Migis Lodge recently celebrated our 109th year of operation and we look forward to inviting back our guests year after year, generation after generation. The Employee Experience
As a part of the Migis Lodge team you will have the opportunity to experience all of the benefits Sebago Lake has to offer while developing your hospitality skills and personal relationships. Room and Board
Room and Board is provided for qualified employees. Some full-time seasonal positions offer the possibility of on-site staff housing in our staff dorm with double or triple rooms with private baths. There is a boarding charge of $50 - $75 per week, which is taken directly out of your paycheck. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on-site. Migis does have wireless internet available on the property. If you live in the immediate surrounding area you will not be eligible for housing. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Meals are provided for resident staff and for others during working hours, or if you live on site.
Employee Perks
Employees can enjoy swimming in beautiful Sebago Lake and can use all of our facilities (boats, fitness center, tennis courts, disc golf, private island, etc.). Migis guests take first priority for our amenities. We also invite our employees to join us for a complimentary dinner during specific dates at the beginning of our season. This is a way to experience our dining program as well as assist in the training of our new staff. As part of Migis Hotel Group employees are entitled to a reduced rate if they would like to stay at any of our other properties. This must be arranged through the reservations staff. We also offer 50% off to any employee dining at our food & beverage establishments.

During your time here at Migis Lodge we would encourage you to take advantage of the on site activities we have to offer. There are also many activities in the Lakes Region area you can explore. A local bus makes twice daily trips to and from Windham & Portland, the stop is a short walk from our driveway. The nearby city of Portland (about 45 mins away) makes for a great day trip to explore the beaches, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Cold Prep Cook
Pancakes, Macaroni Salad, and Ice Cream Sundaes! What do all three of these have in common? All are things you will learn to prepare and serve as a Cold Prep Cook at Migis Lodge. Prepare cold foods, salads, appetizers and desserts to be served complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards, following established food production programs and procedures. Work closely with Garde Manger, Executive Chef/Sous Chef to help guarantee our guests a dining experience which exceeds their expectations. Housing available for qualified candidates.
Location: Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake, Casco, ME
Hours: 24-40 hours per week, typically 6:30am to 2:30pm or 3pm to 11pm
Compensation: $16 to $19 per hour + additional incentive payment of 7% total wages.

Experience: Previous culinary/kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
This is a great first job for someone who may be interested in exploring a future in the culinary arts. Work with a crew of 10 under the supervision of our experienced Garde Manger, to prepare cold dishes, plate, and server pancakes and an assortment of cold dishes. JOB SUMMMARY:
The Restaurant Manager at Migis Lodge is responsible for supervision of FOH bar and restaurant staff operations in support of or in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager. The Restaurant Manager will work in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager to create memorable experiences for our guests, to meet and exceed expectations, and build relationships while driving profitability.
F&B Supervisor - Seasonal

Migis Lodge is seeking a motivated F&B Supervisor for our dynamic resort.

This candidate will also enjoy working in the outdoors as needed. They will be held to a high standard to provide memorable experiences for our guests, while being exemplary leaders in hospitality.
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, some nights and weekends required. MOD duties as assigned.
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience + additional 7% incentive payment.
Seasonal Position: May through October (Flexible)
Start date: April/May
Benefits: Discounted stays and food & beverage at affiliated properties. 3 staff meals daily, on site housing, access to Sebago Lake and resort amenities.
Experience: Prior experience in food & beverage service is necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of fine, casual and banquet dining styles, proper food and beverage service, basic cooking techniques, current health codes and liquor laws is preferable.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Front of House operations in a range of food and beverage service environments (main dining room, cookout point, bar, and banquet and event spaces) in support of or in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager/Assistant Manager. They will work in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager & Assistant Manager to create memorable experiences for our guests, to meet and exceed expectations, and to build relationships while driving profitability.
