Lovango Resort + Beach Club, the only property in the USVI awarded two Michelin Keys, is hiring an experienced, USVI-based boat captains to run guest transfers to and from our private island. This is not a job for someone learning the channels; we need captains who already know them, with the credentials and track record to match.
You will be the first and last impression for guests arriving by boat, so professionalism, sound judgment, and a steady hand on the water matter as much as your license.
What we are looking for:
USVI resident with strong local knowledge of area waters
Experienced, licensed captain with a clean safety record
Comfortable representing a globally recognized luxury property
Team player who thrives in a tight-knit island community

- Furnished housing is available with an associated housing fee which is paid vi-weekly ACH. Number of room mates can vary based on availability - occupancy can range from a single to a quad with privacy petitions surrounding each individual's sleeping area.
