About the Role & Ranch Experience

At Little Jennie Ranch, we treat our guests to true Wyoming activities—from snowmobile trips to horse-drawn sleigh rides around our sprawling, beautiful working cattle ranch and the surrounding wilderness. These outdoor adventures are accompanied by high-quality snacks, hearty lunches, and specialty private dinners centered on our own Little Jennie Ranch Beef and locally sourced food, prepared in our ranch kitchen and served in our rustic, historic cabins.

Because of our close-knit environment, your impact goes beyond the kitchen line. You will interact directly with our clients and occasionally step in to support broader ranch efforts—whether that’s helping set up for guest events or representing the ranch and engaging with customers at local farmers markets.
