Responsibilities

• Create photo and video content for social media platforms

Lava Mountain Lodge is seeking a motivated and hands-on Manager to help oversee daily operations across the lodge, restaurant, guest experience, and staff coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys working with people, and can help keep multiple departments organized and operating efficiently.

Located in the scenic Wind River area of Wyoming, Lava Mountain Lodge offers lodging, dining, outdoor adventure access, events, and retreats in a unique mountain setting.

Position Overview

The Manager will assist with overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant while helping coordinate communication between departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and events. The role also includes basic administrative and personnel-related responsibilities such as payroll support, onboarding new employees, scheduling coordination, and maintaining operational standards throughout the property.

This is a leadership role requiring strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge and restaurant operations

• Coordinate communication between front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and management

• Assist with guest relations and help resolve guest concerns professionally
