Getting Here and Getting Around
At the intersection of scenic highways MT 49 & US 89, the Kyiyo Mercantile & Bakery is 12 miles from the towns of Browning and East Glacier. This true crossroads provides access to some of the best trails Glacier National Park has to offer: 17 miles from the Two Medicine entrance, 23 miles from the St. Mary entrance, and 8 miles from the Cut Bank entrance.
Housing is onsite, a two-minute walk from the Mercantile. There are no neighboring businesses, just neighboring scenery! A vehicle is necessary to enjoy the region.
For Fun
Whether it be mountain biking, hiking, or sitting around a campfire, some of the best outdoor recreation can be found at your doorstep. While the west of Glacier National Park attracts the most visitors, the east side is known for offering the best hiking in the park—incredible opportunities for backpacking and day hikes in scenery that you will find nowhere else!
Our team enjoys getting out on their days off, seeking summits and waterfalls. There's an endless amount of exploration! Calmer days off will often include quieter times of arts and crafts or game nights.
