Overview
Employee housing is dorm or apartment style housing located in Summit County near Keystone Resort. The following are some key highlights for the property:

Parking: Parking is available but limited and is on a first come first serve basis during check-in. Parking permits cost $25 per month.

Mail & Packages: Residents are encouraged to acquire a PO Box after moving in as there is no USPS delivery to this property. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx will deliver to the apartment's front door. It is advised to use local PO Box for package delivery to minimize loss or theft of packages.

Laundry: There is a self-service laundry room on site. Machines can either accept coins or can be operated via laundry app. The link to download the app is posted inside the laundry room.
