This isn’t your typical desk job. Our dispatch team is at the heart of the daily operation, keeping tours moving, coordinating employees, solving problems, and making sure our guests have an incredible experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Lead and coordinate the daily dispatch operation.

● Organize tour departures and vehicle assignments.

● Communicate with drivers, guides, management, and team members throughout the day.

● Keep tours running on schedule while adapting to changing circumstances.

● Troubleshoot unexpected situations and think quickly on your feet.

● Support, motivate, and help lead a team of employees.

● Ensure smooth communication between departments.

● Help create a positive, professional, and fun working environment.

● Deliver exceptional guest service and help create memorable experiences.
