Lead unforgettable sea kayaking and hiking tours in stunning Homer, Alaska this summer!

Join Kachemak Bay Adventures in Homer, Alaska, for an unforgettable season delivering kayaking and hiking tours across Kachemak Bay State Park. We are seeking proficient kayakers with backgrounds in guiding to provide exceptional guest experiences. We expect guides to continue our practice of tour guiding, focused on historical and environmental landscapes that make up the stunning coastal ecosystem. Our various tours are based out of remote basecamps where guides will be responsible for managing weather, tides, gear and equipment. Kachamek Bay Adventures values demonstrating safety, stewardship, and supportive community culture.

The season runs from May through September. Starting off with paid mandatory training in May, we expect 6-day work weeks during our peak in July through mid-August. We are prepared to help seasonal workers with housing in Homer and shared staff transportation.
