We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking, and dependable Full-Time Server/Bartender to join our team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, appreciates Montana’s outdoor lifestyle, and wants to be part of a welcoming, close-knit hospitality team.

The Position

At Jackson Hot Springs, hospitality goes beyond serving food and drinks. Every team member plays an important role in creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, attentive food and beverage service.

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

• Handling cash and guest transactions accurately.

• Answering incoming phone calls and providing general information about our hot springs, lodging, amenities, and services.

• Assisting with front desk operations during slower periods and whenever time allows.

• Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas.

• Learning additional responsibilities throughout the property.

• Supporting fellow team members wherever needed.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Some serving or bartending experience is required, but we’re happy to provide additional training to the right person.

The ideal candidate is reliable, honest, personable, comfortable multitasking, and willing to take initiative.

Most importantly, we’re looking for a team player who understands that no job is too small when it comes to taking care of our guests and property.

Compensation & Housing

We offer:

• $11 per hour starting wage, plus tips
