Huron Mountain Club is looking for Kitchen staff employees for the spring/summer/fall of 2023. Generally, the season lasts from May through October, but dates are flexible.
Monitor and serve breakfast and dinner buffets. Bus tables and set place settings, maintain an organized dining room. Assist members as needed. Minor food prep involved.
Assist in meal preparation fo 50-300 people. Chopping, peeling, grilling, sautéing, you’ll be doing it all! We provide 3 meals a day to our membership, with a wide variety of food options available. The menu changes each day so you won’t be stuck doing the same thing over and over!
Assist in preparation and packing of bagged lunches in an organized environment. Early shift.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ordering product, checking in and unloading truck deliveries, entering receipts, and moving inventory as needed.
Various shifts available. Responsible for washing dishes from the kitchen and dining rooms, maintaining a clean work area, emptying garbage cans, and assisting cooks as needed.
