Seasonal Servers, Bartenders & Line Cooks

Come spend the season with us! We're looking for energetic, hardworking hospitality people to join our team for this summer/fall season. Whether you're an experienced server, bartender, or line cook, or you're looking for a chance to work somewhere new and make great memories along the way, we'd love to meet you. The Positions

We're currently hiring for multiple seasonal positions:

Servers

• Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest

• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and provide attentive service

• Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to keep service running smoothly

• Maintain a clean, organized dining area

• Help create the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back

Bartenders

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping the bar running efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized bar

• Handle guest requests and questions with confidence

• Work closely with the service and culinary teams during busy periods

Line Cooks

• Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards

• Work a variety of stations depending on experience and business needs

• Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Team players who don't mind jumping in wherever they're needed

• Guest-focused and positive

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods

• Experienced in hospitality preferred, but we're willing to consider the right person with the right attitude

Where You'll Be

You'll be joining Weekender Hotels, a growing hospitality company operating destination hotels throughout New York and Vermont.

This opportunity is based at Great Pines in Old Forge, NY, a beautiful Adirondack destination surrounded by mountains, lakes, hiking, boating, skiing, and everything that makes seasonal work in the Adirondacks so special.

When you're not working, there's an incredible amount to explore — hiking, paddling, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, exploring small mountain towns, or simply enjoying the outdoors with your new coworkers.

Season / Schedule

We're hiring for this summer and fall season, with opportunities for seasonal and longer-term employment depending on the position and candidate.

Hospitality schedules can include nights, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods, so flexibility is important.

Room & Board

Housing may be available for qualifying seasonal employees. Details regarding availability, cost, and eligibility will be discussed during the hiring process.
