Employee Perks

Grand View takes pride in having a good working relationship with our other local lodges and tour operation businesses. This opens up the opportunity for our employees to meet and make friends to go hiking with and explore our area.

Another fun activity - Grand View sponsors either a locally guided Glacier trek on the Matanuska Glacier or a River Rafting trip on the Matanuska River, one per employee.
