Nestled in the majestic Rocky Mountains, Granby Ranch is 90 miles northwest of Denver in Granby, Colorado. We are 25 minutes from Winter Park, 25 minutes from the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 8 minutes from the town of Granby. Granby offers a western hospitality and a friendly small-town vibe that makes visitors feel right at home.

- Granby Ranch offers employee housing including private room options. Rent ranges from $750-$1500/month and is taken directly out of biweekly paychecks. A security deposit of $325 (refundable) and an admin fee of $75 (non-refundable) are due upon check-in. We recommend paying at least one week's rent upon check-in but do not require it. Having a car is recommended but not required; employee transportation is provided during the winter season between the housing units, work and the grocery store. Housing inspections are conducted biweekly. Employee housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of units are pet-friendly.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Mountain Bike Instructor & E-Bike Tour Guide is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and professional experiences for guests while representing the resort in a positive and welcoming manner. This role requires strong guest service skills, the ability to build rapport with riders of all ages and abilities, and a commitment to creating memorable outdoor experiences. Instructors must demonstrate efficient lesson and tour management, strong mountain biking skills, and a solid understanding of mountain bike fundamentals, including body positioning, braking, cornering, trail etiquette, and rider progression. Safety must remain the highest priority in all aspects of instruction and guiding.
In addition to teaching mountain bike skills, E-Bike Tour Guides lead guests on scenic tours throughout the property while fostering meaningful conversations and connections with participants. Successful candidates must be comfortable interacting with diverse groups, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to learn basic knowledge of local wildlife, flora, fauna, history, and points of interest within the surrounding area. Guides are expected to navigate designated routes confidently, provide informative and engaging commentary, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Golf Clubhouse Pro Shop is the control center of daily operations. This position will perform duties as both a Pro Shop Attendant and Starter/Ranger. Pro Shop Attendant duties include effective tee sheet management, retail execution, providing accurate information to golfers, and ensuring the best experience for each guest at the highest possible level. Starter/Ranger duties include protecting the flow of the course and enforcing course policies, which require professionalism, calm authority, and strong situational awareness. The Starter/Ranger is responsible for managing first-tee operations when scheduled as the Starter, monitoring pace of play throughout the course when scheduled as the Ranger, both assist guests and ensure daily operational standards are being upheld.
