We are not an H2-B authorized business for 2026.
The Employee Experience
We are thankful for our returning staff, and looking forward to adding members to the team. The food is amazing (staff dinner is provide on days the restaurant is open), the guests are friendly and we do whatever it takes to provide them with a superior experience. We work hard, have fun doing it, and do our best to provide a relaxing and comfortable work environment for our team. Looking for hard-working, friendly, and 'I'll do whatever needs to be done' individuals to join us.

Getting Here and Getting Around
The local general store and post office are a one minute walk from the East Wind Inn.
It is helpful to have a car to get around for leisure activities, but not necessary.
Portland Jetport is the best airport to fly into. There is a bus that runs between Portland and Rockland. We can provide a ride from Rockland bus terminal to the East Wind Inn.
For Fun
Tenants Harbor is a small, fishing village full of seafood, boating, outdoor activities, culture and art.
The Happy Clam (local bar) and Schoolhouse bakery are a short walk up the road and offer great local fare.
Within a 20 minute drive are tons of local art studios, lighthouses, museums, kayaking, boating excursions, other small towns to explore, and plenty of tourist attractions. There is a Lobster Festival every summer in Rockland, July fireworks over the harbor, and a ferry terminal and dock for boating trips and day excursions.
