Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the disposal area; replenish supplies
Conduct a walk-around of assigned areas to ensure the facility meets housekeeping standards; ensure all linen rooms and work areas are neat, clean, and organized
Interact with and assist guests on occasion while cleaning guest and meeting rooms
Report maintenance and repair problems to the supervisor
Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged daily
Driving a company golf cart on a daily basis
Limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience preferred
Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions
Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
No high school diploma or GED required
Must exhibit the ability to safely operate a golf cart
Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces

Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes
Supervise food prep maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards, while verifying portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained
Ensure all kitchen equipment is working efficiently, supervising team members with cleaning and food production in their areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, as well as supervising proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
Actively maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
Minimum two years’ experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor
Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity
Attentive and detailed oriented with basic math skills to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
No college degree required
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs

Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and beverage systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and ensure reliable operation
Ensure all equipment meets health, safety, and sanitation standards through consistent compliance checks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of repairs, schedules, and parts inventory
Support overall facility operations by assisting with general maintenance tasks and ensuring proper use and care of tools and equipment
Guide kitchen team members on correct equipment use and care to promote safe and efficient operations
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred
Tradesmen License in Electrical, Gas Fitting, and HVAC (Journeyman or Master), and EPA Section 608 (refrigeration) certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment or in a similar facilities maintenance role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, gas equipment, and refrigeration principles, and familiarity with local health and safety codes and regulations
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, or in trades such as electrical, refrigeration, plumbing
Expanded knowledge of concrete, tile, and welding, ability to comply with company vehicle policy, and ability to adhere to all safety, risk management, and environmental policies and procedures
Capacity to perform level one trade functions such as electrical motor troubleshooting to 220 volts, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, basic boiler operation and kitchen equipment repair

Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet

Coordinate all daily activities and plan for sufficient staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas; assist in the training of new housekeeping team members
Inspect guest rooms and public outlets
Prepare weekly inventory, check-in all supplies, and report any discrepancies; inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of needed supplies and create purchase orders as needed
Complete the daily housekeeping report; ensure all maintenance requests are handled in an efficient manner pertaining to guest rooms and department equipment
Perform cleaning duties on slower days or when staff shortages occur
This position requires driving a company vehicle on a daily basis
Housekeeping experience required; previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
Ability to read in English; ability to print and speak simple sentences
Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
No high school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
