The Employee Experience
Employee Experience is actually the name of our Human Resources department here at Copper Mountain Resort - Why you might ask? Because we want to make sure you have the best season with us! If you enjoy your time here and recommend Copper to family and friends, then it’s a win-win all around!!!

Room and Board
Copper offers affordable housing during the season right at the base of the mountain – just a few steps away from your work! From the minute you enter the building, you will find yourself living an experience with 400 of your friends. Throughout the season, a number of events are held for residents ranging from dance parties to ski trips at other resorts throughout Colorado. Upon securing employment at Copper, please contact your supervisor to discuss availability and consideration for employee housing. Copper employees receive a 20%-50% discount at nearly all food and beverage locations at the resort as well as a $5 lunch special in the housing cafeteria for our staff during the winter.
Winter Seasonal, Summer Seasonal, and Year Round Staff:

Getting Here and Getting Around
Copper Mountain Resort is located 90 miles (121 kilometers) west of Denver and 20 miles (32 kilometers) east of Vail off Interstate 70 at exit 195, easily accessible from both the Denver International Airport and Eagle County Airport. Summit Express provides transportation between Denver International Airport and Copper. The Summit Stage bus service also offers free transportation to various locations around Summit County.
