Bronze Buffalo Ranch is a Semi-Private Country Club that features an 18-hole champion golf course as well as a Byron Nelson par-3 course. What makes Bronze Buffalo unique is it also features a full hotel aspect including lodge rooms and cabins. We have a full spa, restaurant, bar, and adventure concierge on property as well as multiple retail outlets!
Bronze Buffalo Ranch is located in Victor, Idaho which is roughly 24 miles from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are located in the heart of Teton Valley, surrounded by the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone Park.

Current Job Openings
Basic repairs to interior and exterior suites, buildings, and vacation rental homes (i.e., painting, changing lights bulbs, filters, etc.)
Snow and leaf removal on walkways and driveways
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, etc.
Collect trash & Linens from cabins & condos
Perform regular preventative maintenance in all properties
Assist housekeeping when needed
Report and document damages
Collaborate closely with Maintenance Manager on assigned projects
Assist Maintenance manager with the daily maintenance of pool and hot tubs
Reset Wi-Fi routers and modems
Reset and program cable and satellite TV receivers
Perform light plumbing, drywall repairs, and painting
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
Work closely with other departments and vendors to schedule and supervise subcontracted work as needed
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Record billable items and hours to be billed to guests and/or owners for work orders
Operate company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
Obey all traffic and local driving laws
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle
Abide by the Company Car Policy
Report any maintenance issues and/or accidents immediately to any manager
Follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, safety regulations, etc.

Facilities Manager
Bronze Buffalo Club & Resort is seeking an experienced, motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our resort facilities. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work, and wants to own the condition and appearance of a first-class property. We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operation and are looking for someone who shares that commitment.
This is a full-time, year-round position based in Victor, Idaho.
Position Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventative care of the resort's buildings, mechanical systems, and infrastructure, excluding golf course maintenance and golf operations. While this position may oversee outside contractors and in-house maintenance staff, it is primarily a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Maintain the lodge, vacation rentals, restaurant, clubhouse, pool, spa, employee housing, and other resort facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors when specialized work is required.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and maintenance inventories.
• Maintain detailed records of all services and work performed.
• Review and approve payroll for any in-house maintenance staff.
• Assist in the scheduling and tracking of assigned work orders performed by yourself and the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to maximize the life, reliability, and appearance of all resort facilities.
• Manage inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate in the purchasing of materials, supplies, and tools.
• Identify and prioritize repair and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with seasonal projects, renovations, and special events as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and schedules.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality, commercial facilities, or resort operations.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other trade certifications.
• General constructions skills like painting, carpet, repairs, cement work, etc.
• Experience supervising contractors or maintenance personnel.
• Experience with preventative maintenance software.

The Guest Services Agent serves as the first point of contact for members and lodge guests, providing a welcoming and professional arrival experience. This role supports the daily operations of the Lodge by assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The Guest Services Agent plays an important role in delivering the high standard of hospitality expected at our club while supporting both overnight lodge guests and visiting members.

Maintenance Technician
The maintenance tech position at the Bronze Buffalo Ranch reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Key to this role is performing multiple tasks to ensure a great experience for our guests. Job duties will focus on the maintenance of the lodge suites, cabins, and condos. Key to being successful in this position is teamwork. This individual will ensure the suites and vacation rental properties are in pristine condition as well as ensuring a high level of guest and homeowner satisfaction. A key part of their job is to communicate with team members both in maintenance and throughout the property.
