Boots Bar & Grill is hiring a Food Runner/Expo to join our team for the of this winter 2026!

Join the team at Boots Bar & Grill, a busy, casual restaurant in the heart of Medora, North Dakota, serving locals, travelers, and visitors exploring Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

As a Food Runner / Expo, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen and dining room running smoothly. You’ll make sure food is accurately prepared for the dining room, delivered promptly to the correct tables, and presented according to our standards.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and stage completed food orders at the expo station.

• Check plates for accuracy, presentation, and proper modifications before they leave the kitchen.

• Deliver food quickly and safely to the correct tables.

• Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, bartenders, and managers.

• Keep the expo and service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables when needed.

• Help maintain a smooth flow of orders during busy service periods.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service.

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying food trays or plates.
