About Bill Cody Ranch

The main lodge was built in 1925, and was owned by the grandson of Buffalo Bill. The ranch has pampered and provided traditional western hospitality to guests from all over the world.

To meet the high standards and high quality of service that we provide our guests, our employees must not be afraid of long hours, hard work, and must be able to work well with others in a family atmosphere. A great sense of humor is a must.

Our staff becomes a part of our family and has the opportunity to meet and work with exciting people from all over the world.

The Employee Experience

"Bill Cody Ranch is an awesome place to find adventure, friends, fun, and earn a paycheck in the Yellowstone area! The owners take great care of their staff, providing room and board to all employees, and plenty of time to explore the area when not working. Staff quickly become family for the summer and friends for years after. Interacting with guests out on the trail, or in the restaurant, is a fun way to meet people from around the world and provide them with the experience of a lifetime!"

    - Ana, employee at Bill Cody Ranch for three past years
