Backland offers a nightly dining experience designed to feel intimate, thoughtful, and memorable. As a Server, you are not just delivering plates, you are helping guests with an experience, feel cared for, welcomed, and connected.
What You’ll Do
Guide guests through a four-course dining experience with warmth and confidence
Communicate menu details clearly and thoughtfully
Anticipate guest needs and personalize service
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Maintain professionalism and calm during service
Deliver food and buss tables
