Position Overview

The Knik Base Manager serves as the operational leader for one of AHT's most dynamic tour bases, located in Palmer, Alaska. As the daily leader for frontline staff, the Base Manager shapes morale, reinforces company culture, and plays a direct role in training and developing the team, all areas AHT considers critical to long-term success.

Revenue Protection

The Base Manager keeps tours running efficiently through weather changes, guest issues, aircraft scheduling adjustments, staffing shortages, and logistical disruptions. Strong, fast decision-making protects daily revenue and keeps resources used well.
