We are seeking an experienced maintenance worker, with a general knowledge of property maintenance and willingness to work in a team setting.
We are looking for those with knowledge in:
- plumbing
- electrical work
- operating machinery
- pool/spa repair
This is an overview of typical tasks but not an all-encompassing list:
- Performing routine maintenance around the building, for example: fixing structural damage, repairing windows, doors, walls
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- General property maintenance and groundskeeping
- Painting
We do offer housing and meals on-site at a reduced rate!
